Partnerships
Since 2021, InterTradeCard company has been a partner of the Automotive Skills Alliance (ASA),
the first sectoral alliance under the Pact for Skills, launched in 2020 by the European
Commission, as part of the European Skills Agenda. Meanwhile, the company adhered, also, as
an individual company to the Pact for Skills EU initiative, with today more than 3,200 members,
aiming at tackling skills gaps in 14 industrial ecosystems.
InterTradeCard srl is proud to be actively involved as a partner in projects funded by the
Erasmus+ Programme, contributing to skills development in the Automotive-Mobility sector.
ALBATTS (Alliance for Batteries Technology, Training and Skills): project with the
objective of contributing to the electrification of transport and green energy in Europe,
by designing a blueprint for competences and training schemes of the future, in the
battery and electromobility sector, to promote cooperation between all stakeholders in
the battery and electromobility value-chain, to develop a blueprint for education and
training for the battery production sector.
FLAMENCO (Forward Looking Approaches for Green Mobility Ecosystem Network
Collaboration): the main goal was to analyse and pilot forward-looking approaches and
methods to enable and make sustainable collaboration on the skills intelligence in the
Automotive-Mobility Ecosystem and supporting Pact for Skills and ASA.
TRIREME (Digital & Green Skills Towards the Future of the Mobility Ecosystem): the
project establishes a pan-European automotive-mobility academy featuring free online
courses on the ASA Learning Platform, covering digitalization, green sustainability &
circular economy, supply chain resilience, and new business models. It fosters cross-
sector partnerships for skills roadmaps, training programs, and analysis of social impacts
from ongoing sector transformation.
Before 2021, it worth to be mentioned, the fact that the current staff of our company
experienced the participation in the first Blueprint Erasmus+ project, DRIVES (Development and
Research on Innovative Vocational Educational Skills): The aim of the project was to implement
the Blueprint objectives for the automotive sector, namely the delivery of human capital
solutions to supply chain through the establishment of an Automotive Skills Alliance (ASA),
covering all levels of the value chain (vehicle production, automotive suppliers and automotive
sales and aftermarket services).
